facultan para dar ante dichas autoridades todos
los pasos necesarios al objeto indicado, elevar
solicitudes, formular y firmar descripciones, protestos, declaraciones, apelaciones y reclamos,
oblar impuestos, justificar explotaciones, solicitar testimonios, recibir documentos, desistir,
percibir y hacer cuanto fuere necesario ante
