APPOINTMENT OF AGENT FOR GENERAL AND SPECIAL ELECTIONS
The Secretary of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Alamo Community College District
(the “District”) has appointed and approved Sandra T. Mora, as the Secretary’s agent (the
“Agent”) to perform the duties of the Secretary related to the conduct and maintenance of
records of the General and Special Elections during the period beginning January 22, 2016 for
the Special Election and March 18, 2016 for the General Election and ending not earlier than
June 16, 2016.
The Agent’s office is located at 201 W. Sheridan, Building A, San Antonio, Texas. The Agent
shall maintain an office open for election duties from 9:00 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. to 4:00
p.m., Monday through Friday, on regular business days for the period set out above.
NOMBRAMIENTO DE AGENTE PARA GENERALES Y ESPECIALES ELECCIONES
El Secretario de la Mesa Directiva (“Mesa Directiva”), de Alamo Community College District
(el “Distrito”), ha nombrado y aprobado Sandra T. Mora, como agente del Secretario (el
“Agente”) para llevar a cabo las funciones de la Secretario relacionado con la conducta y el
mantenimiento de registros de la elecciones generales y especiales durante el período que
comienza el 22 de enero 2016 para la Elección Especial y que comienza el 18 de marzo 2016
para la Elección General y que no termine antes de lo 16 de junio 2016 .
La oficina del Agente esta situada en 201 W. Sheridan, Bedisicio A, San Antonio, Texas. El
Agente tendrá la oficina abierta para asuntos de las elecciónes de las 9:00 a.m. a las 11 a.m. y 1
p.m. a las 4:00 p.m. de Lunes a Viernes en días hábiles durante el periodo ya indicado.
