Contrato de alquiler
TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES
El cliente a la contratación de bicicletas de alquiler está sujeto a todos los términos y condiciones de este contrato:
·BICICLETAS Y ACCESORIOS
El cliente es responsable de cuidar y devolver la bicicleta y accesorios (candados, llaves, cesta...).
Bicicletas y accesorios deben ser devueltos en las mismas condiciones que aquellas en las que fueron contratados.
El cliente debe responder a los daños y perjuicios causados a la bicicleta y / o accesorios una vez entregada a VITOLIFE.ES
El cliente está obligado a echar el candado y atar la bicicleta (pasar el candado a través del marco, asiento, llantas y atarlo a un poste fijado al suelo
o a un soporte para bicicletas de aparcamiento). Se recomienda para mantener su bicicleta con usted y con la vista siempre que sea posible.
En caso de robo o pérdida del material arrendado, el cliente debe pagar a STEFANO PITTORE, el costo de acuerdo al precio de mercado.
·Pago y Deposito
Forma de pago: Mediante tarjeta de crédito, débito o efectivo al recibir la bicicleta y por la cantidad de tiempo acordado.
Será necesario hacer un depósito con el original del documento de identidad (DNI, carnet de conducir, pasaporte) para proseguir el alquiler.
El depósito se hace en previsión de posibles daños y perjuicios, o como medida de precaución en caso de que la bicicleta y los accesorios que se
han alquilado no se devuelvan. Será devuelto al cliente después que la bicicleta sea devuelta en la misma condición en que fue contratada.
La bicicleta debe ser devuelta en la fecha y hora especificadas en el contrato. El retraso en la devolución de la bicicleta supondrá el pago de la tasa
correspondiente. El dinero no será reembolsado si la bicicleta se devuelve antes de la hora acordada.
·RESPONSABILIDAD CIVIL Y LIMITACIONES
VITOLIFE.ES no se hace responsable de ningún accidente, lesiones o daños causados por/hacia el cliente y / o para terceros o de sus propiedades, o
por la pérdida de objetos durante el alquiler, el cliente acepta el contrato bajo su propio riesgo.
Será responsabilidad del cliente para tomar las medidas de seguridad adecuadas para evitar el robo de bicicletas o pérdida.
Los clientes se comprometen a aparcar la bicicleta en zonas adecuadas que no bloquean el camino o causar situaciones potenciales de inseguridad.
La persona que firma el contrato de alquiler deberá ser mayor de 18 años y será responsable de todo lo acordado en dicho contrato.
Es responsabilidad del cliente para obedecer las normas de tráfico y normas españolas.
Este contrato se rige por la ley española.
El cliente declara haber leído y aceptado las condiciones anteriores.
El pago y el depósito se harán por completo y por adelantado en el momento del alquiler.

En cumplimiento de lo que dispone la Ley Orgánica 15/1999, de 13 de Diciembre, de protección de Datos de Carácter Personal (LOPD) y su normativa de desarrollo se le informa de que los

Bike rental contract
BICYCLE RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The customer is hiring bicycles from VITOLIFE.ES and is subject to all the terms and conditions of this contract:
·BICYCLE AND ACCESSORIES
The customer is responsible for taking care of and returning the bicycle and accessories (padlocks, keys, basket...).
Bicycles and accessories must be returned in the same conditions as those in which they were hired. The customer must respond to
any damages caused to the bicycle and/or accessories once they are received by customers.
The customer is obliged to padlocking and tying up the bicycle (pass the bike lock trough the frame, seat, wheels and tie it up to a
post fixed to the ground or a bike parking rack). It is recommended to keep your bike with you and within sight when possible.
In the case of theft or loss of the material, the customer must pay for it to VITOLIFE.ES, according to market price.
·PAYMENT AND DEPOSIT
Payment method: By credit card or in cash when receiving the bicycle and for the amount of time specified in the rental contract.
It will be necessary to make a deposit to leave the original of an identity document (identity card, driving license, passport) for the
duration of the rental.
The deposit is made in anticipation of possible damages, or as a precaution in case the bicycle and the accessories that have been
rented are not returned. It will be given back to the customer after the bicycle is returned in the same condition in which it was
hired.
The payment and the deposit will be made entirely and in advance at the time of rental.
The bicycle must be returned on the day and time specified in the contract. The delay in returning the bicycle will imply the payment
of the corresponding rate. Money will not be refunded if the bicycle is returned before the time agreed.
·PUBLIC LIABILITY AND LIMITATIONS
VITOLIFE.ES will not be responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages caused and/or to others or their properties, or for the loss
of objects during the rental. the customer agrees to rent at your own risk.
It will be the customer's responsibility to take the appropriate security measures to avoid the bicycle theft or loss. In case of theft,
loss, etc, the client will have to pay for the lost or stolen object.
Customer undertake to park the bicycle in suitable areas watched by them which do not block the way or cause potential insecurity
situations.
The person signing the rental contract must be over 18 and will be responsible for the hired equipment.
It is the customer's responsibility to obey the Spanish traffic rules and regulations.
This contract is ruled by the Spanish law.
The customer declares to have read and accepted the previous conditions.
