Aeging The Tinta de Toro for 1 month in French
oak 5.000lts barrels. Minimum of 3 months in
bottle.
VINIFICATION
Classical elaboration with destemmed and partly
pressed grapes.
Controlled temperature during fermentation and
maceration. Malolactic fermentation in stainless
steel tank at 20-22 ° C.
TASTING NOTES
Fine cherry color with intense purple edge. The
Tinta de Toro variety shows its great personality in
the nose, wild fruits (raspberries, sloes,
blackberries, blueberries ...) along with an elegant
balsamic and mineral touch. Its character is
reaffirmed in the palate with a warm mouth-filling,
good structure and body, fleshy and sweet tannins
with a suggestive bitterness. Long finish of red
fruits.
