NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO THE CITIZENS OF ODESSA, TEXAS OF A PUBLIC HEARING
BEFORE THE CITY COUNCIL.
You are hereby notified that a public hearing before the City Council will be held in the Council Chamber of the
City Hall, 411 W. Eighth Street, on Tuesday, April 23, 2013, at 6:00 p.m.
The nature of such public hearing will be to consider the following request for annexation to the City of Odessa:
Real Property Resources, Inc., approximately 266.4 acres of land in Section 34, Block 42, T-1-S, T&P Ry.
Co. Survey, Ector County, Texas.

Se da noticia que se tendra una audiencia pública con el concilio de la ciudad en la Camara del Concilio ubicada
en el edificio municipal (City Hall), 411 W. 8th, el Martes, 23 de Abril 2013 a las 6:00 p.m.
El motivo de esta audiencia pública es para considerar la petición siguiente para anexión al municipio de
Odessa: Real Property Resources, Inc., aproximadamente 266.4 acres de terreno en la Sección 34, Bloque
42, T-1-S, T&P Ry. Co. Survey, Condado de Ector, Tejas.
