You can’t start school without them!
Students entering kindergarten and sixth
grade require proof of immunizations on the
first day of school on August 25. Kindergarten
students also need a proof of a current
physical exam. Failure to provide required
documents may lead to exclusion from school.
Contact your healthcare provider to make
an appointment.
Immunizations are also available at the
Mecklenburg County Health Department.
Evening hours are available. Due to changes
in the Vaccine for Children (VCF) funding, a
fee may apply. Be sure to bring your student’s
vaccination record and insurance information.
