Be and hereby is authorized to trade Spot foreign currency and/or options on margin or otherwise (“Forex”) for the account and
risk of the Trust, through and with the firm of FXDirectDealer, LLC (FXDD).The authority hereby granted includes any and/or
all of the following:
Es y mediante el presente esta autorizado a comerciar al contado cambio de divisas y/o opciones al margen o por otra parte
(“Divisas”) para la cuenta y riesgo del Fideicomiso, a través de y con la firma de FXDirectDealer (FXDD). La autoridad por la
presente otorgada incluye cualquiera y/o todas las facultades siguientes:
•
To buy, sell and trade Forex;
Comprar, vender y comerciar mercados de cambio;
•
To deposit with and withdraw from said firm the funds necessary to facilitate Forex trading;
Depositar y retirar de dicha firma los fondos necesarios para facilitar al mercado de cambio;
•
To receive and acquiesce in the correctness of notices, confirmations, requests, and communications of every kind;
Recibir y consentir en la exactitud de avisos, confirmaciones, peticiones, y comunicaciones de toda clase;
•
To enter into a Client Trading Agreement with the said firm;
Firmar y ejecutar el acuerdo de comercio de un Cliente con la dicha Empresa;
•
To settle, compromise, adjust, and give releases with respect to any and all claims, demands, disputes and
controversies; and
Transigir, comprometer, ajustar (tasar), y liberar con relación a cualquier reclamo demandas, disputas y
controversias; y
•
To make agreements and take any other action relating to any of the foregoing matters.
Hacer acuerdos y tomar cualquier otra acción relacionada a cualquiera de los asuntos anteriores.
THAT FXDD HAS BEEN FURNISHED WITH A COPY OF THE TRUST INSTRUMENT GRANTING THE TRUSTEE POWER
TO ACT AS TRESTEE AND WITH RESPECT TO THE ACTS CONTEMPLATED HEREIN.
QUE A FXDD SE LE HA ENTREGADO UNA COPIA DEL INSTRUMENTO DE FIDEICOMISO POR EL QUE SE OTORGAN AL
FIDEICOMISARIO PODERES PARA ACTUAR COMO TAL RESPECTO DE LOS ACTOS AQUÍ CONTEMPLADOS.

That any and all past transactions of any kind herein authorized, which may have been heretofore on behalf of this Trust through
or with said firm of FXDD, be and are hereby ratified. That FXDD is authorized to act upon the authority of these agreements
until receipt by said firm of a written rescission or modification thereof executed by the Trustee of said Trust.
Que cualquiera y todas las transacciones pasadas de cualquier clase aquí autorizadas, las cuales puedan haber sido hechas
en nombre de este Fideicomiso por o con dicha empresa de FXDD, son y quedan por este medio ratificadas. Que FXDD esta
autorizada a actuar por las facultades otorgadas por estos acuerdos hasta la notificación por dicha empresa de rescisión o
modificación por escrito del mismo ejecutado por el Fideicomisario de dicho Fideicomiso.
