HYATT RAN OUT OF EXCUSES
… but they’re cooking up new ones!
W
orkers at the Hyatt Regency and Grand Hyatt continue to
fight Hyatt for a fair contract. While many of the industry’s
largest employers have reached a fair contract with our
Union, Hyatt refuses to move.
Hyatt workers have demanded that their contract include a new “solidarity clause”
that permits Hyatt workers to honor picket lines and boycott their hotel in solidarity
with non-union workers fighting to have a voice on the job.
Among the other issues on the table: Union rights, room cleaner workload, wages,
and health and safety issues. We need to force Hyatt to STOP THEIR EXCUSES
and sign the contract now!

os trabajadores en el Hyatt Regency y Grand Hyatt continúan
peleando con Hyatt por un contrato justo. A pesar de que muchos
de los más importantes empleadores del sector han llegado a un
contrato justo con su sindicato, Hyatt se rehúsa a actuar.
Los trabajadores de Hyatt han exigido que su contrato incluya una nueva
“cláusula de solidaridad” que permita que los trabajadores de Hyatt cumplan con los
piquetes y boicoteen su hotel en solidaridad con los empleados no sindicados que
luchan por voz y voto en el trabajo.
Entre los principales asuntos que se están negociando están: Derechos sindicales,
cantidad de trabajo de los limpiadores de habitaciones, salarios y otros relacionados
con la salud y seguridad. Es necesario que forcemos a Hyatt a que DEJE DE OFRECER
EXCUSAS y ¡firme un contrato ahora mismo!
