NOTICE OF ELECTION
TO THE QUALIFIED VOTERS OF
KLEINWOOD MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT:
Notice is hereby given that an election will be held between the hours of
7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. on 8 May 2010, the first Saturday in May of said year, for the
purpose of electing three (3) directors for Kleinwood Municipal Utility District to serve
for four (4) years, which election will be held within said District at 16530 Kleinwood
Drive, Spring, Harris County, Texas.
The following qualified persons have been appointed as officers of said election:

Early voting by personal appearance and by mail shall be conducted at 16530
Kleinwood Drive, Spring, Harris County, Texas 77379, which is a public place within
the boundaries of the District. Ernest Leyendecker, a qualified voter in the District, is
hereby appointed the Clerk for early voting for said election. Said Clerk shall keep said
place open for early voting by personal appearance for eight hours, from 10:00 a.m. to
6:00 p.m. on each day which is not a Saturday, a Sunday, or an official state holiday,
beginning on the 12th day and continuing through the 4th day preceding the date
of said election.
Spanish and Vietnamese assistance to voters will be available from the Early
Voting Clerk or from the Presiding Judge upon request by the voter. The Board of
Directors of the District has appointed Coats, Rose, Yale, Ryman & Lee, P.C. as the
District's agent for the election. The offices of the District's agent are located at 3 East
Greenway Plaza, Houston, Texas 77046-0307, and are open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00
p.m. each weekday.
Only qualified resident voters of said District shall be entitled to vote at said
election.

A LOS VOTANTES CALIFICADOS DEL DISTRITO DE
SERVICIOS PÚBLICOS MUNICIPALES DE KLEINWOOD:
Por la presente se notifica que se llevará a cabo una elección entre las 7:00 a.m.
y las 7:00 p.m. el 8 de mayo de 2010, el primer sábado de mayo de dicho año, con el
propósito de elegir tres (3) directores del Distrito de Servicios Públicos Municipales
de Kleinwood, quienes desempeñarán su cargo durante cuatro (4) años. Dicha
elección se llevará a cabo en el citado distrito, en 16530 Kleinwood Drive, Spring,
Condado de Harris, Texas.
Las siguientes personas calificadas han sido nombradas oficiales de dicha
elección:

La votación anticipada en persona y por correo se llevará a cabo en 16530
Kleinwood Drive, Spring, Condado de Harris, Texas 77379, que por el presente es
determinado ser un lugar público ubicado dentro los límites del Distrito. Por la presente
se nombra a Ernest Leyendecker, votante calificado del Distrito, como Oficial de
Votación Anticipada para dicha elección. La Oficial de Votación Anticipada deberá
mantener dicho sitio abierto para votación anticipada en persona durante ocho horas,
desde las 10:00 a.m. hasta las 6:00 p.m. todos los días que no sean sábado, domingo
ni feriado oficial del estado, a partir del 12vo y continuando hasta el 4to día previo a
la fecha de dicha elección.
Los votantes podrán solicitar asistencia en idioma español y vietnamita a la
Oficial de Votación Anticipada o al Juez Presidente. La Junta Directiva del Distrito ha
designado a Coats, Rose, Yale, Ryman & Lee, P.C. como agente del Distrito para la
elección. Las oficinas del agente del Distrito están ubicadas en 3 East Greenway Plaza,
Houston, Texas 77046-0307 y el horario de atención es de 8:30 a.m. a 5:00 p.m. los
días de semana.
Sólo los votantes calificados que sean residentes de dicho Distrito tendrán
derecho a votar en la mencionada elección.

Theo ñây, chúng tôi xin thông báo rằng một cuộc bầu cử sẽ ñược tổ chức từ 7
giờ sáng tới 7 giờ tối ngày 8 tháng Năm, 2010, tức là ngày thứ Bảy trong tuần ñầu
tiên của tháng Năm của năm nói trên, ñể bầu chọn ba (3) giám ñốc Cơ Quan Tiện Ích
Thành Phố Kleinwood cho nhiệm kỳ bốn (4) năm. Cuộc bầu cử này sẽ ñược tổ chức
tại Cơ Quan nói trên ở ñịa chỉ 16530 Kleinwood Drive, Spring, Quận Harris, Texas.
Những người hội ñủ ñiều kiện sau ñây ñã ñược bổ nhiệm làm viên chức phụ
trách cuộc bầu cử nói trên:

Thủ tục ñích thân tới bỏ phiếu sớm và bỏ phiếu qua thư sẽ diễn ra tại 16530
Kleinwood Drive, Spring, Quận Harris, Texas 77379, theo ñây ñịa ñiểm này ñược coi
là ñịa ñiểm công cộng nằm trong phạm vi ranh giới của Cơ Quan. Cô Ernest
Leyendecker, một cử tri hội ñủ ñiều kiện của Cơ Quan, theo ñây ñược bổ nhiệm làm
Thư Ký phụ trách bỏ phiếu sớm của cuộc bầu cử nói trên. Thư ký nói trên sẽ mở cửa
ñịa ñiểm cho thủ tục ñích thân tới bỏ phiếu sớm trong tám giờ ñồng hồ, từ 10 giờ sáng
tới 6 giờ chiều hàng ngày, có nghĩa là không phải thứ Bảy, Chủ nhật, hoặc ngày lễ
chính thức của tiểu bang, trong khoảng thời gian từ 4 tới 12 ngày trước ngày bầu
cử nói trên.
Thư Ký phụ trách Bỏ Phiếu Sớm hoặc Chánh Án Chủ Tọa sẽ thu xếp dịch vụ
thông dịch tiếng Tây ban nha và tiếng Việt cho cử tri khi cử tri yêu cầu. Ban Giám ðốc
Cơ Quan ñã chỉ ñịnh Coats, Rose, Yale, Ryman & Lee, P.C. làm ñại diện Cơ Quan cho
cuộc bầu cử. Các văn phòng của ñại diện Cơ Quan nằm tại 3 East Greenway Plaza,
Houston, Texas 77046-0307, và mở cửa từ 8 giờ 30 sáng tới 5 giờ chiều vào mỗi ngày
trong tuần.
Chỉ có các cử tri là cư dân hội ñủ ñiều kiện của Cơ Quan nói trên mới ñược phép
bỏ phiếu tại cuộc bầu cử.
