Cuestionarios: La primera vez que se registre en U Spa deberá completar un cuestionario sencillo y confidencial en el que se reflejan datos como sus hábitos alimenticios, estado de salud, alergias, etc. Esto nos permite crear una ficha personal, que su terapeuta actualizará con información complementaria como su tipo de piel, tratamientos adquiridos, etc. para poder estudiar cuidadosamente su caso y asegurarnos en todo momento que le ofrecemos el tratamiento y los productos adecuados a sus necesidades. Consultas: Si es un nuevo usuario de U Spa y está pensando en iniciar cualquiera de nuestros tratamientos intensivos, puede solicitar una cita previa con un terapeuta especializado o con la dirección del Spa. Las consultas están incluidas como parte de nuestro servicio para aconsejar y diagnosticar el mejor tratamiento a seguir según sus necesidades. Circuito de Hidroterapia: Para realizar el Circuito de Hidroterapia deberá traer traje de baño, gorro y chanclas. En la recepción del Spa se le hará entrega de una toalla. En caso de que no traiga con usted estas prendas, le informamos que puede adquirirlas en nuestro Spa. Cancelación de Tratamientos: Si necesita cancelar su reserva deberá hacerlo con al menos 3 horas de antelación; 24 horas si se trata de un paquete o de una de nuestras Mini-Escapadas. Para grupos de 4 personas o más requerimos 48 horas de pre-aviso. Cualquier cancelación posterior será penalizada con un 30% de la tarifa o con pérdida del depósito. En caso de que no acuda a la cita sin previo aviso, se le cargará el 100% del tratamiento o servicio reservado.
