Good News Club—a fun-filled time of learning respect for authority, moral values, character qualities, and life
principals through dynamic Bible lessons, creative learning activities, games and songs. GNC is open to all
boys and girls between the ages of six and twelve, regardless of religious background. Parents are welcome to
attend the club with their child.
Everyone attending club must have a registration form
filled out by their parents and turned in to the office or
give to club leaders when they attend the first time.
Parents: See REGISTRATION FORM on next page. Print, Fill
out and return to office or send with your child the first day they
attend club.
This program is not an activity of Springdale Elementary School or the School District.
Good News Clubs® are operated by Christian workers. Rules for acceptance and participation are the same for everyone without
regard to race, color, national origin or religious affiliation.

Dear Parent/Guardian,
Your child should be picked up immediately after the
club ends. Our policies do not allow Good News Club teachers
or helpers to remain at school after the club ends. In the event
that your child is not picked up immediately following the club
three times throughout the school year, your child will not, unfortunately, be allowed to continue attending the club. We are
asking for two Emergency Contact Persons if you or your designated party cannot arrive within this time period. If your
child attends an after-school daycare, contact them to see if
later pick-up arrangements can be made for club days.

Sus hijo(s) deben ser recojido inmediatamente después
del club. Nuestra pόliza no permite que permanezcan maestros
de Good News Club después de que termine la reuniόn del
club. Si su niño/a no es recojido a tiempo tres veces durante el
año escolar, desafortunadamente no podra continuar participardo en el club. Necesitamos la informaciόn de dos personas
que esten autorizadas a hacer a su niño/a si usted no lo puede
hacer. Si su niño va a un lugar de cuidado de niño/a después de
la clases, por favor asegurese de que su hijo/a va ha ser a
tiempo.

permission to attend the Good News Club every Friday after school until 4:15 PM. (There will be no clubs on half
days and school holidays. Club will run through the end of
the school year.) I understand it is my responsibility to
come to the gym and sign my child(ren) out at 4:15 PM for
security purposes. Failure to do so will result in authorities being contacted.

