 NOVA Academy Early College High School Drop Off and Pick Up Procedures Morning Drop Off: 7:00-7:55 AM
Pick Up: After school until 5:00 PM
1. Students may be dropped off by the East side of the
NOVA Academy school building on Ross Street
along the parking meter spaces between 3rd and 4th
Street
a. The dropping off of students can only take
place here.
2. Vehicles cannot block designated crosswalks for
pedestrians.
a. NOVA staff will be assigned morning drop off
supervision to ensure vehicles do not block
designated crosswalks.
1. After 8am, pick up for any NOVA Academy students
may only take place on the first floor of the parking
structure that is “marked off” specifically as the
designated pick-up location for students.
2. To ensure the safety of all students and staff members,
it is important to follow these pick-up instructions.
a. NOVA staff members will have supervision
duties (Monday-Friday) in the parking structure
after students are dismissed from school to
ensure that parents and students follow pick-up
protocol.
3. The first floor of the parking structure will be marked
with arrows and signs to help control flow of traffic
and ensure safety of all individuals in the parking
structure.

1. Para poder recoger a sus estudiantes después de las
8am, se permitirá usar al primer piso de la estructura
de estacionamiento que se encuentra a un lado del
edificio en los lugares designados
a. Para la seguridad de los estudiantes y personal
de NOVA se debe seguir este procedimiento. 2. Después de las 8 am el personal de NOVA supervisara
(de lunes a viernes) que se siga el procedimiento en la
estructura de estacionamiento
3. El primer piso de la estructura de estacionamiento
tenra flechas y rotulos para ayudar el control de tráfico
y garantizar la seguridad de todos
