Cookware Lifetime Warranty
Princess House offers a lifetime warranty to
replace an item in our Princess Heritage
Stainless Steel Cookware if found defective in
material, construction or workmanship when the
product is used in normal domestic household
use and in accordance with the care and use
instructions provided. Princess House shall
have the right to determine if the item is
defective and, at its option, replace it with a
similar or equivalent item, or provide a refund of
the purchase price. In order for a replacement
or refund to be made, the defective product
must be returned at customer’s expense to
Princess House with a brief explanation and
proof of purchase. This warranty excludes
damage caused by accident, misuse, or abuse,
including overheating. This warranty does not
apply to scratches, stains, discoloration or other
damage to external surfaces of the unit which
does not impair the functional utility of the
cookware.
THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED AND EXPRESS
TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET
FORTH HEREIN. THIS WARRANTY
DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES OF
IMPLIED MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO
EVENT SHALL PRINCESS HOUSE BE LIABLE
FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR
INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE
SALE OR USE OF THE PRODUCT.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights
which may vary from state to state. Some of
the provisions set forth above may not be
applicable to you.

Princess Heritage de encontrarse defectos en
materiales, construcción o manufactura cuando
el producto es usado normalmente en un hogar
y el usuario sigue las instrucciones de uso y
cuidado provistas. Princess House tiene el
derecho de determinar si el producto está
defectuoso y, a su criterio, remplazarlo con un
producto similar o equivalente, o reembolsar el
precio de compra. Para realizar un remplazo o
reembolso, el cliente debe regresar el producto
defectuoso por su cuenta a Princess House con
una breve explicación y el comprobante de

no aplica a rayones, manchas, decoloración u

CONSECUENTE O INCIDENTAL DERIVADOS
