Bases DocuRock
1. La inscripción deberá formalizarse cumplimentando la ficha de inscripción en
el portal www.movibeta.com en el apartado de DocuRock. La ficha de
inscripción que no cumpla con estas normas será automáticamente eliminada
de concurso.
A título informativo: www.movibeta.com establece el coste de inscripción de un
solo título en 4.84 € y tiene una tarifa de 60 € para inscribirse en 40 festivales,
con lo que la participación en cada festival ascenderá a 1.50 €.
2. Más allá de su denominación, DocuRock está abierto a cualquier documental
de temática musical, ya sea rock, rap, jazz, hip-hop, soul, pop, reggae...
3. La producción de los trabajos deberá ser posterior al 1 de enero del 2013.
4. Cada participante solo podrá presentar un documental.
5. El festival exige como formatos de proyección el archivo de vídeo HD o vídeo
profesional (BluRay). Las películas seleccionadas deberán presentar copia de
proyección con subtítulos en español. Si no se cumple esta condición serán
desestimadas.
6. Para participar en la selección deberá, una vez efectuada la inscripción “on
line”, subir la película en un archivo digital (mp4, .mov, .mkv, .mpg) a
www.movibeta.com.
Junto a la película, es obligatorio adjuntar los siguientes documentos:
Dos fotogramas de la película (resolución mínima 300 ppp).
Una fotografía del director
Biofilmografía del director
Argumento de la película
Ficha técnica completa
Lista de diálogos
7. La categoría a concurso en el DocuRock es únicamente Largometraje
Documental, entiendo por largometraje una película que cuenta como mínimo
con 40 minutos.
8.El plazo de inscripción se abrirá el 24 de agosto del 2015 y se cerrará el 24
de septiembre del 2015, a las 23:59 horas.
9. Las películas no podrán haber sido exhibidas previamente en televisión o
internet, sí en otros festivales de cine.
10. La selección será llevada a cabo por el comité de selección de DocuRock y
su decisión es inapelable.
11. Finalizado el proceso de selección se comunicará el resultado a todos los
participantes, seleccionados o no, a través de la
www.docurock.es y de la plataforma www.movibeta.com.

Las películas seleccionadas recibirán un correo electrónico confirmando su
selección. Asimismo se solicitará entonces copia profesional de la película con
subtítulos en español y la documentación necesaria para el abono de los
premios en el caso de que la película resulte premiada. La documentación a
presentar serán DNI, datos bancarios y alta a terceros en el caso de
ciudadanos españoles o residentes, y documento de acreditación bancaria y
pasaporte en el caso de ciudadanos extranjeros.
12. El jurado estará integrado por reconocidas personalidades del medio
audiovisual.
13. Los miembros del jurado no podrán concursar en calidad de autor,
realizador o productor.
14. Docurock establece un único premio al mejor documental dotado con 750
€. El premio será objeto de la retención correspondiente prevista en la
normativa que regula el I.R.P.F.
15. El galardón, que premia exclusivamente al realizador de la obra, no podrá
concederse “ex aequo”.
16. La productora de la película premiada deberá utilizar en su publicidad el
logotipo de DocuRock.
17. Asimismo se entregará un premio del público, sin dotación económica.
18. Las proyecciones de DocuRock serán gratuitas y no tienen ánimo de lucro.
19. Una vez seleccionadas las obras para participar en la Sección Oficial a
Concurso del DocuRock, se deberá enviar a la organización del festival un
archivo digital de proyección no superior a los 6 GB a través de la plataforma
www.movibeta.com, incluyendo un tráiler de la obra con duración máxima de
dos minutos y subtítulos en español, un mínimo de quince días antes de la
fecha de inicio del festival, que se celebrará el 30 de octubre y 31 de octubre
del 2015 en el Círculo de Bellas Artes de Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
Aunque se recomienda enviar la copia digitalmente para acelerar el proceso,
asimismo la copia de proyección de la película podrá ser enviada a la dirección
postal del DocuRock:

Los gastos de envío de la película correrán a cargo de los interesados.
La fecha límite de recepción será el 15 de octubre del 2015, fuera de este
plazo se desestimará de la selección final.
20. Los productores de las obras autorizan al uso de un fragmento de las
mismas (máximo de tres minutos de duración), para su difusión en cualquier
medio de información. DocuRock podrá emplear fotografías de las obras para
publicidad en prensa, folletos informativos, cartelería u otros medios de
comunicación.
21. Una vez efectuada la inscripción de un documental, este no podrá ser
retirado antes de su proyección en el DocuRock. El documental se proyectará
una sola vez en el marco del festival.
22. La inscripción en el DocuRock supone la plena aceptación de estas bases.
La interpretación del mismo será competencia de la organización del festival.
En caso de controversia se someterá a la legislación y jurisdicción españolas.
Rules DocuRock
1. Registration must be formalized by completing the registration form on the

5. The festival requires HD video file or video professional (BluRay) and
projection formats. The selected films must submit screening copy subtitled in
Spanish. If this condition is not met they will be rejected.
6. To participate in the selection must be made, after the words "on line",
upload your movie to a digital file (mp4, mov, mkv, mpg) to
www.movibeta.com.
Along with the film, it is mandatory to attach the following documents:
• Two frames of film (minimum resolution 300 dpi).
• A photograph of the director

• Complete technical sheet
• Dialogue list
7. The contest category is only DocuRock feature film documentary feature
understand a film that has at least 40 minutes.
8. The registration period will open on August 24, 2015 and will close on
September 24, 2015, at 23:59.
9. The films may not have been previously exhibited on television or the
Internet, then in other film festivals.
10. The selection will be carried out by the selection committee DocuRock and

The selected films will receive an email confirming your selection. Then copy
also be required professional film with subtitles in Spanish and the
documentation required for the payment of awards in the event that the film

and passport bank accreditation in the case of foreign nationals.
12. The jury will be composed of renowned personalities in the audiovisual
medium.
13. The jury may not compete as author, director or producer.
14. Docurock establishes a single award for best documentary endowed with
750 €. The award will be subject to the corresponding withholding under the
rules governing income tax
15. The award, which recognizes only the director of the play, "ex aequo" not
be granted.
16. The producer of the winning film will be used in your advertising logo
DocuRock.
17. Also an audience award will be delivered without funding.
18. DocuRock projections are free and no profit.
19. Once the works selected to participate in the official competition section of
DocuRock, send to the organization of the festival a digital file of not more
than 6 GB through the projection platform should www.movibeta.com,
including a trailer site with maximum duration of two minutes and subtitles in
Spanish, at least fifteen days before the start date of the festival, to be held on
October 30 and October 31, 2015 in the Fine Arts in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
Although it is recommended to send the copy digitally to expedite the process,
also the screening copy of the film may be sent to the address of DocuRock:

Shipping costs of the film will be borne by those concerned.
The deadline for receipt is 15 October 2015, after this date will be rejected for
the final selection.
20. The producers of the works authorize the use of a fragment thereof (up to
three minutes) for dissemination of information in any medium. DocuRock may
use photographs of works for press advertising, brochures, posters or other
media.
21. Once the registration of a documentary, this can not be withdrawn before
its screening in DocuRock. The documentary will be screened once in the
festival.
22. Registration in the DocuRock implies full acceptance of these rules. Its
interpretation shall be responsible for organizing the festival.
In case of dispute will be subject to Spanish legislation and jurisdiction.
