“keep”, ya que en algunos casos me cuesta distinguirla.

Los verbos stay, keep y remain en muchos casos son sinónimos y se pueden emplear intercambiablemente. Remain es el
más formal y suele usarse en el lenguaje escrito. Veamos algunos ejemplos:
stay/keep/remain + ADJETIVO
It’s very important to stay/keep/remain calm in a stressful situation.
Es muy importante mantener la calma en una situación estresante.
I have to keep/stay/remain awake all night to study for my exam.
Tengo que quedarme/permanecer despierto toda la noche para estudiar para el examen.
Please stay/keep/remain silent.
Por favor quédense/permanezcan/manténganse en silencio.
Here are some tips to stay/keep/remain fit and healthy during pregnancy.
Aquí hay algunas recomendaciones para mantenerse en forma y saludable durante el embarazo.
