List of competent authorities for the issuance of the certificate of origin under GSP
In order to make a claim for preferential tariff treatment under GSP, importers must submit a valid certificate of origin issued by the
customs authority or other competent authorities of the beneficiary country.
The following list shows the competent authorities of the beneficiary countries, other than Customs authorities, notified to Japan
Customs.
