Condiciones generales de inscripción

La condición de alumno de Estudios Hispánicos se adquiere cuando el centro tiene constancia de la realización del abono de la matrícula del
curso. Al adquirir dicha condición, el estudiante se compromete a seguir las normas y prácticas de comportamiento exigidas en Estudios
Hispánicos.
El abono del importe de la matrícula debe hacerse una vez que Estudios Hispánicos haya confirmado la aceptación de la inscripción.
Una vez efectuada la matrícula, no se procederá a la devolución de su importe, excepto en el caso de denegación del visado (devolución del 75%
del importe de la matrícula).
No se extenderá ningún certificado si previamente no se ha formalizado la matrícula de los cursos o no se han abonado los derechos de examen
correspondientes.
El número de plazas de los cursos de Estudios Hispánicos es limitado. Por ello, el centro se reserva el derecho de cerrar la matrícula cuando un
curso esté completo y, también, de anular un curso si el número de alumnos inscritos es insuficiente.
En el cómputo de las horas de los cursos están incluidas las pausas académicas entre clases.
Los precios establecidos aprobados por la Universidad de Barcelona, son susceptibles de ser modificados según el interés de la Unversidad de
Barcelona y según las condiciones de comercialización de los cursos o actividades.

Estudios Hispánicos students qualify as such when the Centre has received payment of the course fee. Upon enrolling in Estudios Hispánicos,
students agree to comply with the Centre's code of conduct.
The course fees should be settled at the time Estudios Hispánicos confirms acceptance of the registration.
Once registration has been processed, under no circumstances will the amount paid be refunded unless the visa requested is denied (that is to
say 75% of the total amount of the registration paid).
No Certificate will be issued unless registration has been duly completed and the registration fee for exams paid.
Places are limited. Therefore, Estudios Hispánicos reserves itself the right to cancel courses if the number of students does not reach the
minimum required, and to also close registration when a course is full.
The calculation of the class hours for the courses on offer includes academic breaks between classes.
The prices approved by the Universitat de Barcelona, can be modified according to the interests of the Universitat de Barcelona and according to
the commercializing conditions of the courses and activities.
Los datos de carácter personal facilitados serán incorporados al fichero "Centros de Lenguas", titularidad de la Universidad de Barcelona, con la finalidad
de gestionar los datos de carácter personal inscritos en una actividad de aprendizaje de lenguas, la de realizar pruebas de acreditación del nivel de
competencia lingüística, así como de otro tipo de cursos específicos de lenguas. El órgano responsable del fichero es la Secretaría General. En
cualquier caso, puede ejercer los derechos de acceso, rectificación, cancelación y oposición mediante comunicación escrita, adjuntando fotocopia del
DNI u otro documento identificativo, dirigida a la Secretaría General de la Universidad de Barcelona, Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes 585, 08007

entered in a language learning activity, the accreditation of testing the level of language proficiency, as well as other specific classes of languages . The
