Important information about JANCOA’s Company Picnic
 Last Day to order tickets is July 1. No ticket orders will be taken after
6:00 p.m. This is a true deadline, NO TICKETS CAN BE ORDERED AFTER
6:00 p.m. on JULY 1!
 For employees that ordered tickets, you can pick up your tickets at
JANCOA’s office on Tuesday, July 5 through Thursday, July 7th from 9:00
a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
 Stop by JANCOA’s office on Tuesday, July 5th, Wednesday, July 6th, &
Thursday, July 7th between 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. to pick up your
tickets and enjoy some FREE hamburgers & hot dogs while you are
here!
 All tickets ordered must be used. Employees will be charged for all
unused tickets.
 All children attending the company picnic MUST be with an adult at ALL
times. Employees MAY NOT drop off their children.
 Employees will receive a JANCOA picnic t-shirt with their tickets and we
would LOVE for you to wear your picnic t-shirt to the picnic! You will
also receive purple wristbands for each person attending the picnic.
EVERYONE MUST wear their wristband to the picnic & keep it on the
whole time you are at the Cincinnati Zoo. We will not have extra
wristbands so you MUST remember your wristbands with your tickets.

This year JANCOA will be giving away 25 gift baskets, 2 TVs, a week’s paid
vacation & a night out (hotel & dinner). In order to win these amazing prizes
you MUST check in at the JANCOA check in table located in front of the Whiting
Safari Camp to get your raffle tickets. ALL employees must be present to win.
We will select the winners between 3:00 – 4:00 p.m.
FREE & UNLIMITED
 Each person attending the picnic will receive an Unlimited Ride Ticket
with their admission ticket. This ticket will allow you to ride the train &
carousel! You must have this ticket to enjoy FREE, unlimited rides.
 Employees attending the picnic will receive a FREE JANCOA 2016 picnic
t-shirt. Please wear your t-shirt to the picnic!
 Tickets include FREE parking
 Food will be served between 3:00 – 4:00. All employees will enjoy
UNLIMITED grilled chicken, hamburgers, pasta salad, baked beans &
drinks. Everyone will also get ice cream (limit one per guest)
 Between 3:00 – 4:00 in the JANCOA picnic shelter area we will have
FREE face painting for employee’s children & we will also have 2 animal
encounters in the picnic area!

Please share your photos that you take at JANCOA’s picnic by sending them to
[email protected]. Everyone that shares their picnic pictures will be entered
in a drawing to win dinner with JANCOA’s owners, Mary & Tony Miller!

JANCOA is growing again and we are looking for new people to join the
JANCOA team. We are hiring for full-time & part-time positions in all areas of
Cincinnati, SW Indiana and Northern Kentucky.

Informacion importante sobre el picnic de JANCOA
 El ultimo dia para ordenar los boletos es Julio 1ero. No se podrán hacer
ordenes después de de las 6:00 pm. Esta es una fecha tope verdadera,
NINGUN BOLETO PODRA SER ORDENADO DESPUES de las 6:00 pm el
1ero de Julio!
 Para los empleados que hayan pedido boletos, pueden retirarlos en la
oficina de JANCOA desde el martes 5 de julio hasta el jueves 7 de julio
de 9:00 a.m. hasta 6:00 p.m.
 Pase por la Oficina los días martes 5 de julio, miércoles 6 de Julio y
Jueves 7 de julio entre las 4:00 p.m. y 6:00 p.m. a retirar sus tickets y
disfrute de Hamburguesas y Hot dogs GRATIS mientras esta aquí!
 Todos los tickets ordenados deben ser utilizados. Los empleados serán
cargados por los tickets que no se utilicen.
 Todos los niños que asistan al picnic DEBEN estar acompañados de un
adulto TODO el tiempo. Los empleados no pueden dejar a los niños
solos.
 Los empleados recibirán una playera JANCOA con sus tickets y nos
encantaría que la usaran el día del picnic! También recibirá una pulsera
violeta para cada persona que asista al picnic. TODO EL MUNDO DEBE
usar la pulsera para el picnic y dejarla puesta todo el tempo que
permanezca en el parque. No tendremos pulseras extra así que DEBE
recordar sus pulseras con sus boletos.

Este ano JANCOA estará entregando 25 cestas de regalos, 2 TVs, una semana
de vacaciones pagadas y una noche fuera(cena y Hotel). Para garse uno de
estos fabulosos premios usted DEBE registrarse en la mesa ubicada en frente
del Whiting Safari Camp para obtener los tickets de las rifas. TODOS los
empleados deben estar presentes para ganar. Seleccionaremos los ganadores
entre las 3:00 pm y las 4:00 pm.
GRATIS E ILIMITADO
 Cada persona que asista al Picnic recibirá un ticket para paseos
ilimitados con su boleto de admisión. Este ticket le permitirá pasear en
el tren y el Carrusel! Usted debe tener este boleto para disfrutar
GRATIS de paseos ilimitados.
 Los empleados recibirán una playera JANCOA Gratis del Picnic 2016.
Por favor úsenla para el Picnic!
 Los boletos incluyen parqueo gratis.
 La comida será servida de 3:00 pm a 4:00 pm. Todos los empleados
disfrutaran Pollo al grill, hamburguesas, ensalada de pasta, frijoles
horneados y bebidas ILIMITADAS. Todos tendrán también un helado
(limitado a uno por invitado).
 Entre 3:00 – 4:00 pm en el área del picnic de JANCOA tendremos
pintacaras GRATIS para los hijos de los empleados y además tendremos
un encuentro cercano con dos animales.

Mariama Diallo is our employee of the month! Mariama has been
part of the JANCOA family for a little over 1 year. She is currently a
day porter for a location in Kenwood. We recently received an
awesome compliment from the customer telling us what a great
job she does! JANCOA is very lucky to have Mariama as part of the
JANCOA team! Way to go Mariama!
