NOTA A LOS PARTICIPANTES – COCHES Y CAMIONES
Sistema de aviso SENTINEL
La Organización, por evidentes motivos de seguridad para los participantes,
ha decidido que sea instalado en todos los vehículos (coches y camiones) el
sistema de aviso SENTINEL.
Para ello, todos los vehículos deben instalar un kit de montaje, que será
enviado directamente por el fabricante a la dirección que figura en su
inscripción a la prueba.
En el momento de las verificaciones técnicas de la prueba, recibirá la unidad
para su instalación y las instrucciones para su manejo.
El participante deberá abonar los gastos de compra del kit de instalación
(100 euros), que quedará de su propiedad y un depósito (metálico o tarjeta
crédito) por importe de 500 euros como garantía de devolución.
La Organización abonará directamente a SENTINEL el importe del alquiler
del aparato.
NOTA.- Aquellos participantes que dispongan del kit de instalación – por
haberlo utilizado en otras pruebas – deben comunicarlo urgentemente para
evitar el envío del kit y el cargo correspondiente.
Sistema de control de posición GPS
La organización sigue a la busca de un sistema de control de posición GPS
fiable para el control de todos los vehículos participantes.
En cualquier caso, el coste máximo de dicho sistema para los participantes
sería de 100 euros, asumiendo la organización el exceso que pudiera
producirse.
NOTICE TO COMPETITORS – CARS AND TRUCKS
SENTINEL overtaking system
By obvious safety reasons for competitors, the Organiser has decided that all
cars and trucks must have instaled on the SENTINEL overtaking system.
For this purpose, all vehicles have to install a mounting kit that will be sent to
each competitor, directly by the manufacturer, to the address shown at the
entry form.
At the technical scrutineering, with the kit installed, he will receive the
SENTINEL unit and the appropiate instructions to use it.
Competitor have to paid for the purchase of mounting kit (100 euros), that will
be the competitor propierty and a – cash or credit card – deposit of 500 euros
as return guarantee for the unit.
The Organiser will pay directly to SENTINEL the renting of the units.
NOTE.- Those competitors who have the mounting kit – because their
participation in other similar events – must communicate urgently this to avoid
sending and be charged for it.
GPS position control system
The organiser is trying to find a GPS position system useful to safety
continous control for all the competitors.
In any case, the maximum cost for the competitors should be 100 euros,
taking the organiser the extra cost for any similar system used.
