Dear Dual Language Families,
It’s hard to believe that the school year is right around the corner and your child is starting
kindergarten. We’re very excited to meet all of you and get to know your students. As you already
know, you are part of our new Dual Language program. To kick off the new school year and prepare your
child for learning in Spanish, we would like to invite you to a special tour of our classrooms. During this
time, we will be explaining what to expect on the first day of school. It is our goal that your child feels
comfortable and is prepared for this new experience. Please join us on Monday, August 13th at 5:00
p.m. for this special orientation. The school will then be open for Seth Whitman’s Kick Off Night from
5:30-6:30 p.m.
We look forward to seeing you all there and we can’t wait to begin this new adventure!

Es increíble que el año escolar empezará muy pronto y su hijo(a) estará en kínder. Estamos muy
emocionadas conocerles a ustedes y sus alumnos. Como ya saben, este es el primer año del programa
lenguaje dual. Para preparar su hijo(a) para el nuevo año escolar, queremos invitarles a la escuela Seth
Whitman el lunes, el 13 de agosto a las 5:30 hasta 6:30 de la noche.
