Imperial College is a public research university located in London. Imperial is consistently included among
the world's best universities, in the 2015QS World University Rankings ranking 2nd in the world. In the case
of Civil Engineering education, Imperial College is ranked top in this ranking. http://www.imperial.ac.uk/
As a part of its activities and research in a global sustainable community, the civil engineering school is
continually developing new construction methods and construction guidelines for traditional and new
materials. Among the different researches carried out in this department it is to highlight the one leaded by
Prof. Leroy Garder focused on the simulation of a number of steel structures.
La estancia tuvo una duración de 3 meses (Mayo-Julio, 2014) y estuvo financiada por el Campus de
