IT’S NOT THE END OF THE
LINE FOR PUBLIC TRANSIT
Our public transit system is in crisis. The current funding scheme fails the system. Transit
agencies plan to raise fares and cut services leaving our communities under attack.
Is this the end of the line for public transit?
Join riders, workers and communities from across the state as we stand together in the
Green Justice Coalition’s campaign, Public Transit-Public Good. We will call for transit
justice in our Commonwealth, fair short-term fixes and meaningful long-term solutions.

SOUTHEASTERN MA ACTION
Riders and workers from across the state will join with the Bus
Riders Union of Southeastern MA in support of their campaign to
expand service in the SRTA region and call for long term solutions
to fund and strengthen our Commonwealth’s public transit system.
June 5th
WESTERN MA ACTION
GJC riders and workers from across the state will join Western MA riders,
workers and allies in their fight against proposed hikes and service cuts
and for long term solutions to fix it, fund it and make it fair!
June 12th // 12 noon // Boston (exact location TBD)
STATEWIDE DAY OF ACTION
FOR TRANSIT JUSTICE
The GJC Public Transit-Public Good Campaign and dozens of
other organizations will unite against hikes and cuts that unfairly target our communities and call for long term solutions
to fix it, fund it and make our public transit fair!

cortar servicios, dejando a nuestras comunidades bajo ataque.

la Campana de la Coalición de Justicia Verde, Transito público es un bien público. Vamos
a exigir justicia en nuestro sistema de tránsito publico y luchar por arreglos justos tanto
en el largo plazo como en el corto.

ACCIÓN EN EL SUDESTE DE MA
Viajeros y trabajadores de alrededor del estado se juntaron con el
sindicato de viajeros del bus del Sudeste MA para apoyar su campaña para expandir servicio en la región y para exigir soluciones de
largo plazo para fortalecer el sistema del transito publico.
5 de junio
ACCIÓN EN SPRINGFIELD
Viajeros y trabajadores de la coalición de la justicia verde de alrededor del estado se
unirán con viajeros del parte oeste del estado para apoyarles en su lucha en contra a
las propuestas de aumentos de tarifas y reducciones en servicio que están enfrentando.
