A través de los tubos no perfectamente enjuagados o de la red hídrica general pueden entrar en el dispositivo unos cuerpos extraños que pueden dañar guarniciones/juntas tóricas. Roscar el espárrago a la base del cuerpo del caño de la grifería y los flexibles de alimentación a las entradas de agua. Screw the tie rod into the body spout and connect the flexible hoses to the water supply. 6 INSTALACIÓN_INSTALLATION 5 Colocar el cuerpo del caño encima de la bañera poniendo la junta de estanqueidad entre la base del caño y la repisa de la bañera. Seguidamente, montar el kit de fijación por la parte inferior siguiendo la secuencia marcada en el dibujo n 6. 6 Put the body spout on the top of the tub, placing the washer. After that, install the fixing kit as illustrated in the picture n.8. 36mm 7 INSTALACIÓN_INSTALLATION 9 10 Roscar el flexible de ducha a la teleducha interponiendo la junta e introducirlo en el soporte correspondiente. A 19mm Screw the flexible at the handshower, placing the joint and insert it into the shower holder. Conectar los flexibles a las tomas de agua colocando siempre una junta para evitar fugas según el dibujo adjunto. Todos los productos Noken están fabricados con la confianza de dar un servicio fiable durante muchos años. Al igual que las griferías de otros fabricantes nuestros productos también exigen un cuidado apropiado y un mantenimiento que asegure a su baño una imagen impecable. SUPERFICIE DE LAS GRIFERÍAS Conforme a los requerimientos de la norma DIN EN 248 la capa de protección que habitualmente más se utiliza para la fabricación de las griferías se compone de metales como cromo, níquel, acero y latón, así como de otros para evitar la humedad. Antes de emprender la limpieza es necesario examinar con exactitud el tipo de superficie que se vaya a limpiar. LIMPIEZA Para la limpieza de las griferías y de los accesorios ha de tenerse en cuenta que: - Para la limpieza periódica utilice agua caliente mezclada con jabón, si esto no es posible también puede usar geles o limpiadores líquidos, enjuagando siempre a fondo con agua limpia tras su uso. - Aunque fueran empleados una sola vez, no debe utilizarse ningún producto que contenga ácido fosfórico, clorhídrico, muriático, fórmico o acético, ya que podrían producir daños considerables. Utilice un PH neutro. - Secar los artículos tras cada sesión de limpieza y tras cada uso para evitar la acumulación de cal. ADVERTENCIA - Los productos de limpieza acentúan el deterioro en caso de que las superficies ya se encuentren dañadas. - No mezcle limpiadores, las reacciones químicas pueden emitir gases tóxicos. - No use estropajos agresivos ni limpiadores abrasivos. - Bajo ningún concepto se debe utilizar para la limpieza de estas superficies lejías de blanquear con cloro. - Únicamente deben utilizarse los productos de limpieza expresamente indicados por los fabricantes para cada tipo de superficie y acabado. RECOMENDACIONES PARA LA LIMPIEZA Y CONSERVACIÓN DE GRIFERÍAS Y ACCESORIOS - Lea primero las instrucciones del fabricante. - La limpieza periódica reducirá la formación de cal y suciedad. - Los productos de limpieza no debe emplearse durante más tiempo del necesario. - Si utiliza productos de limpieza con pulverizador, no pulverice directamente sobre la grifería y los accesorios, aplíquelo sobre un paño o una esponja. El líquido pulverizado podría introducirse por los huecos y grietas de la grifería y los accesorios pudiendo causar daños irreversibles. - Si el grifo gotea puede causar manchas y placas de cal, por favor asegúrese de que quede correctamente cerrado. - Si es necesario puede usar su limpiador anti-cal habitual, pero lea primero las instrucciones del fabricante y tras su uso enjuague siempre la grifería con agua limpia. - Para proteger la mecánica de la grifería y alargar la vida útil de ésta, Noken recomienda la instalación de llaves de paso con filtros. CLÁUSULA REFERENTE A LA GARANTÍA No respetar las indicaciones de mantenimiento puede tener como consecuencia la invalidación de la garantía. 12 MAINTENANCE BRASSWARE AND ACCESSORIES First of all we thank you for buying our products which are manufactured to the highest standards. However in common with other products our brassware requires the correct cleaning and periodic maintenance. BRASSWARE SURFACES As stated in the norm DIN EN 248 the materials used to plate brassware are Chrome, Nickel, stainless steel, brass and others to leave a superior, easy to clean, pleasing finish. Before cleaning please check the material used and only use a suitable cleaner. CLEANING To clean brassware and accessories please note the following recommendations. - For regular cleaning only use warm soapy water, if this is not possible use soft non abrasive gels or similar cleaning products, rinse thoroughly and polish with a soft cloth. - Please avoid the use of harsh or abrasive products such as scouring powders, those products with phosphoric acid, hydrochloric acid, formic acid or acetic acid that could badly damage the product. Please only use PH neutral products. - Keep sensor clean, away from any chemical impregnant. - Dry the items after each cleaning sesion and after every use to avoid limestone appearance. WARNING - Cleaning materials will only worsen already damage product. - Do not mix cleaning products, the chemical reactions can emit toxic fumes and react badly with product surfaces. - Do not use harsh or abrasive cloths, pads or cleaning products. - Do not use bleach or other chlorine based cleaning products. - Only use suitable cleaning products as recommended for each product he cleaning products only make worse the surfaces if those are already damages. - Do not operate sensor faucet in strong infrared environment. RECOMENDATIONS FOR THE CLEANING AND PRESERVATION OF BRASSWARE AND ACCESSORIES - Read the manufacturers instructions. - To protect the brassware, internal mechanism and to extend the life of the product it is recommended in line with “best practice“ to install isolation valves and in line filters. - Regular cleaning to reduce lime scale and soap residue build up. - Do not leave these products in contact with the product surface longer than the manufacturer’s recommen dations and rinse thoroughly with clean water. - Do not spray cleaning products directly onto the product surface, spray onto a soft cloth and then apply to the product. Spraying directly onto the product can lead to cleaning fluids being drawn into the products through capillary action causing irreversible damage. - If a tap is left dripping it may lead to staining and lime scale build up. Please ensure taps are correctly turned off after use. - Failure to comply with the maintenance instructions may invalidate the guarantee. GUARANTEE CLAUSE Not following the maintenance instructions can have as a consequence the cancellation of the valid guarantee. 13 WARRANTY INFORMATION Porcelanosa in the United States of America (“Company”) hereby warrants to the original buyer (“Buyer”) that the faucets sold by the Company in the United States of America under the Noken brand on or after June 1, 2007 (“Products”) will be reasonably free of defects in materials and workmanship upon delivery and, when properly handled and installed, will conform to applicable manufacturing specifications. COMMERCIAL WARRANTY In the event that any of the Products sold for installation in a commercial setting or sold to a contractor or other commercial Buyer for installation in a residential setting are found to be defective, the Company will, at its sole option, repair, replace or adjust the defective Products (or affected components), provided that the Buyer has given written notice of defect to the Company within 24 months of the original purchase date in the case of uninstalled Products or Products installed in a commercial setting or within 24 months of the original purchase date in the case of Products installed in a residential setting. This 24 month period applies to the chrome plated surface. In case of any other finish the warranty period will be 12 month. For electronic components, internal components and hoses the warranty period will be 12 month. This warranty excludes any labour charges, installation, or other consequential losses or incidental damages. This warranty is also subject to the limitations set out below under “Other Warranty Information” and to those set forth in any applicable terms and conditions of sale. RESIDENTIAL LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY In the event that any of the Products sold to a non-commercial Buyer and installed in a residential setting should drip or leak during normal residential use, the Company will provide the buyer the necessary parts to return the Products to good working condition. For any other defects in material and workmanship found to exist in the Products, the Company will, at its sole option, repair, replace or adjust the Products (or affected components). This warranty covers the chrome plated surface of the Products installed in the Buyer’s home as long as the buyer owns it. In case of other finishes the warranty period is 12 month for the surface. For electronic components, internal components and hoses the warranty period will be 12 month. This warranty is subject to (a) the Company’s receipt of written notice from the Buyer of the alleged failure or defect within the term of warranty, together with proof of purchase (original sales receipt), and (b) the limitations set out below under “Other Warranty Information” and those set forth in any applicable terms and conditions of sale. OTHER WARRANTY INFORMATION The Company makes no express or implied warranty that the Products are suitable for any particular purpose and makes no warranties other than the commercial warranty and the residential warranty set forth above. Such warranties (“this warranty”) shall be void upon the occurrence of any one or more of the following events: (a) defects, damage or failure caused by the carrier, installer or any other third party; (b) the Products are installed in a way that is contrary to specifications applicable to the Products; (c) the Products are damaged or malfunction as a result of modifications of any type made to the Products for any reason, or components supplied by the installer; (d) damage caused by accident, misuse, or careless handling, including, without limitation, in the case of bathtubs lifting unit by plumbing and abrading finish; (e) damages caused by incorrect operation, or operation in conflict with any written specifications provided by the Company; (f) the Products are damaged because of lack of proper routine maintenance, or use of abrasive or improper cleaners; (g) defects or damage that could and should have been discovered, repaired or avoided by proper inspection and testing before installation; and (h) the Products are damaged by acts of God, such as storms, floods, lightning earthquakes and other natural disasters. This warranty does not cover variations in color or shade fidelity between catalogue images and the actual Products, nor does it include labour, transportation, or other costs incurred in the removal and/or reinstallation of the original Products and/or installation of replacement Products, or any costs incurred in obtaining access for repair. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company expressly excludes from this warranty, and will not pay for, any consequential losses and incidental damages.
