 8th Annual Student Art Contest
“Living Life to the Fullest”
Annual Celebration and Art Show, Wednesday, October 22, 2014
(Deadline for art: Thursday, September 25, 2014)
Behind every accomplished artist is a great teacher who provided the inspiration they needed to
reach new heights.
Aurora Mental Health Center wants to help budding young artists in our community build confidence
and pride in their artistic talent and expression. We encourage each of your students to submit their
best artwork to our Eighth Annual “Living Life to the Fullest” Art Contest and Show, based on the
theme:
“What Inspires or Excites you?”
On Wednesday, October 22, 2014, we will be honoring all participating students for their excellent
artwork at Aurora Mental Health Center’s Annual Community Celebration and Art Show. Most
importantly, we will be giving these young artists a chance to shine and share their talents with our
community.
All artwork submitted will be judged by a panel of local art lovers and displayed at the Annual
Celebration and Art Show to be held at the Radisson Hotel Denver Southeast in Aurora. We invite all
school administrators, teachers, students, and parents to attend this free community event (RSVP
requested).
Enclosed, please find a packet of flyers and entry forms to share with your students. We look forward
to your participation and to recognize some of your young protégés.
For more information or to RSVP for the event, please call 303.617.2300, or e-mail

Sincerely,
Randy Stith, Ph.D.
