CONCURSO DE ARQUITECTURA REHABILITACIÓN ENERGÉTICA DE
EDIFICIO RESIDENCIAL
Marco: Proyecto europeo NeZeR - Promotion of Smart and integrated NZEB renovation measures in the
European renovation market. (www.nezer-project.eu/). Primera fase del concurso a nivel nacional. Los
finalistas competirán en una segunda fase a nivel europeo con Finlandia, Suecia, Holanda y Rumanía.
Objetivo: Proyecto de rehabilitación de un edificio residencial localizado en Bizkaia para alcanzar un
consumo energético final casi nulo.
Plazo de inscripción: 18 diciembre 2015
Plazo de entrega: 10 de abril de 2016.
Resolución: 26 de junio de 2016.
Premio: Reconocimiento y difusión a nivel local, nacional y europeo + acceso a contactos nacionales e
internacionales + acceso a documentación y resultados del proyecto NeZeR. Asimismo, los finalistas
viajarán para celebrar un taller que les permitirá trabajar y conocer a los autores y los proyectos
ganadores de oros países europeos.

DESIGN COMPETITION OF ENERGY REHABILITATION OF
RESIDENTIAL BUILDING
Frame: European project NeZeR - Promotion of Smart and integrated NZEB renovation measures in the
European renovation market. (www.nezer-project.eu). Initially, the competition is at national level and the
finalists will compete in a playoff at European level with Finland, Sweden, the Netherlands and Romania.
Target: rehabilitation project of a residential building located in Bizkaia to achieve a final near-zero
energy consumption.

Award: Recognition and dissemination at local, national and European level + access to national and
international contacts + access to the information and results of the NeZeR project. Furthermore, the
