En Kidtropolis hay emergencias que ocurren por todas partes. Toma el papel de un despachador del 9-1-1 y
auxilia a ésos en necesidad enviando al departamento correcto para ayudar en una emergencia. El departamento
de control de envenenamiento, la ambulancia, la policía y el cuerpo de bomberos están bajo tu control.

There are emergencies occurring all over Kidtropolis. Take the role of a 9-1-1 dispatcher and help those in
need by sending the right department to help in an emergency. Poison control, ambulance, police and fire
department are under your control.

Cada participante debe de escoger una figura de trabajador de emergencias.
Recorta el trabajador y pégalo de pie sobre la moneda.
Recorta todas las tarjetas de situación de emergencia. Colócalas hacia bajo.
Los participantes toman turnos para escoger una tarjeta de la parte superior del montón.
Si la situación de emergencia es algo en que tu trabajador puede ayudar, te quedas con la tarjeta. Si la
situación NO es algo en que tu trabajador puede ayudar, pones la tarjeta hacia abajo en el montón de las
tarjetas desechadas.
6. El primer jugador que ayude en 3 situaciones de emergencia es el ganador y gana el derecho de hacer sonar
la sirena.

El 9-1-1 fue implementado primero en Haleyville, Alabama el 16 de febrero de 1968. El 9-1-1 fue creado para
dar ayuda de emergencia a la gente lo más rápido posible. Cuando llamas al 9-1-1, una operadora manda la
información al departamento que puede ayudar mejor en esa situación de emergencia. Los departamentos que
más frecuentemente son necesitados para emergencias son la policía, los bomberos y la ambulancia. Estos
departamentos responden 240 millones de llamadas anualmente.

Each player chooses an emergency worker figure.
Cut out the worker and tape it upright on top of the quarter.
Cut out the emergency situation cards. Place them in a pile face down.
Players take turns choosing a card from the top of the pile.
If the emergency situation is something your worker would help with, keep the card. If the situation is NOT
something your worker would help with, put the card face down in a discard pile.
6. The first player to help in 3 emergency situations is the winner and gets to make the siren sound.

9-1-1 was first implemented in Haleyville, Alabama, on February 16, 1968. It was created to get people
emergency help as quickly as possible. When you call 9-1-1, a dispatcher sends the information to the
department that can best help in that emergency situation. The most frequently needed departments for
emergencies are police, fire, and ambulance. These departments respond to 240 million calls each year.
