Tue Aug 16 - 6:00 PM Guided Gong Meditation
Session led by Dr. Tania Massamiri. This is one of
three sessions being offered on meditation and
sound vibrations with gongs. Come relax, and
enjoy the experience of meditation with gong and
singing bowls.

Discussion. Read the book The Hundred Foot
Journey by Richard C. Morais, and then come see
the movie. See staff to get a copy of the book.

Sun Aug 7 - 2:00 PM Acoustic Showcase:
Christine Parker - Folk Music. This program, on
the first Sunday of the month, features a local
singer/songwriter. Come and enjoy free music.
Mon Aug 8 – 1:00 PM Insight Book Club:
Rightful Heritage: Franklin D. Roosevelt and
the land of America, Douglas Brinkley
This adult non-fiction book club reads books on
biography, current topics, history, and travel and
meets on the second Monday monthly to engage
in lively discussion.
Sun Aug 28 - 3:00 PM Classical Sundays – To
Be Annouced (TBA). This series sponsored by
the Music Society of Fallbrook will host a free
concert on the 4th Sunday monthly. There will be a
pre-concert talk at 2:30 PM.
