Another fence is constructed not from wires or stones, but from tough laws and mechanisms like FRONTEX, army, police and coastguard to make the lives of refugees and migrants even more difficult. The detention centers change their name into reception centers without changing their tough reality. The refugees and migrants will be detained there for as long as the research for their deportation or not, will last, up to 12 months, restricting their freedom. Old military camps and even boats in the sea will be transformed into informal prisons. All those who are to be deported, will not have the right to come back again in our country or in another European country for five years, not even through legal process, even if he/she is a juvenile. The application fees and renewal permits are doubled. All those, who become unemployed and do not have the necessary stamps, face the problem of deportation, in addition to the problem of unemployment. The migrants and refugees who have got a job, confront racism every day, that is deliberately cultivated, and experience all the problems that torture the working class of our country. Dear refugees and migrants, Patience and obedience do not go along with for the working class. We produce the wealth by our sweat and it is consumed by the others. The events of the hunger strikers at the Law School showed that the government of PASOK (social democrats), N.D. (conservatives), LAOS (nationalists) and fascist organizations took advantage of the problems of migrants to strengthen racism and abolish rights and freedoms from all of us. These events also showed that the forces that appear to be patrons of the immigrants and refugees on the one hand, they invoke the laws of the E.U. on the other hand. These forces do not attack the real causes why migrants and refugees are kept as hostages. They serve the plans of those who want to present migrants and refugees as the cause of all the problems that the Greek workers and the poor popular strata have been loaded with. PAME invites you to give the struggle together with the class-oriented trade unions to acquire the legalization papers, work, wages of dignity, stamps, doctors, medicines, schools. No worker and employee should be uninsured. No one should be paid under the collective agreements. Everyone must be organized in the class-oriented trade unions. Una valla será construida en la frontera para capturar más fácil a todos aquellos que intenten escaparse de las guerras, de la pobreza, de las malas condiciones de vida. Otra valla se construye y no de alambres o de piedras, sino de leyes y de mecanismos tales como FRONTEX, el ejército, la policía y el guardacostas para hacer la vida de los refugiados e de los inmigrantes aún más difícil. Los centros de detención están cambiando su nombre en centros de acogida sin cambiar la dura realidad. Los refugiados y los inmigrantes serán detenidos allí mientras la investigación para su explusión o no, durará hasta 12 meses restringiendo su libertad. Los campamentos militares e incluso los barcos antiguos en el mar serán transformados en prisiones informales. Todos los que van a ser deportados, no tienen derecho a regresar de nuevo a nuestro país o a otro país europeo por cinco años, ni siquiera a través de un proceso legal, tampoco si son jóvenes. Las tasas de solicitud y los permisos de la renovación se duplican. Todos aquellos, que pierden su empleo y no tienen los sellos necesarios se enfrentan al problema de la deportación y además el problema del desempleo. Todos que tienen trabajo enfrentan el fenomeno del racismo que objetivamente se cultiva y viven todos los problemas que hoy torturana la clase obrera de nuestro país. Refugiados e inmigrantes, La paciencia y la obediencia no favorece a la clase obrera. Nosotros producimos la riqueza de nuestro sudor y esta se consume por los demás. Los hechos de los huelguistas de hambre en la Facultad del Derecho demostró que el gobierno del PASOK (socialdemocratas), de la N.D. (conservadores), del LAOS (nacionalistas), las organizaciones fascistas se aprovechan de los problemas de los inmigrantes para fortalecer el racismo y para suprimir los derechos y las libertades de todos nosotros. Estos eventos también mostraron que las fuerzas que aparecen protectores de los inmigrantes y de los refugiados por un lado, invocan las leyes de la UE por otro lado. Estas fuerzas no atacan las verdaderas causas porque guardan a los refugiados e los inmigrantes como rehenes. Sirven los planes de aquellos que quieren presentar los inmigrantes y los refugiados como la causa de todos los problemas que se les han cargado a los trabajadores griegos y las capas populares pobres . PAME le invita a dar la lucha junto con los sindicatos clasistas para adquirir los documentos de legalización, trabajo, salarios de dignidad, sellos, médicos, medicinas, escuelas. Ningún trabajador sin seguro. Nadie debe ser pagado menos de lo que los convenios colectivos establecen. Todo el mundo debe organizarse en los sindicatos clasistas. В случае с голодовкой в Адвокатской Школе показали,что правительство ПАСОК,НД,ЛАОС, и др.фашистские организации преувеличивают проблемы эммигрантов,чтобы увеличить рассизм,и,в итоге,отобрать право свободы у всех нас. Так же показали,что силы,которые представили как защитников эммигрантов с одной стороны,с другой подчиняются законам ЕС,которые не бьют по действительным причинам,где эммигранты и беженцы держутся в заложниках.Поддерживают мнение,которым обвиняют всех эммигрантов и беженцев во всех проблемах греческих рабочих и бедных народных масс.
