that require a special clause according

attorney, shall have all of the special
legal faculties established in Article two

extinción; contestar las demandas que se
interpongan en contra del MANDANTE;
formular, presentar y ratificar denuncias,
acusaciones y querellas penales y otorgar
perdones; coadyuvar con el Ministerio
Público;
contestar
y
preparar
interrogatorios; presentar objeciones; llevar
a cabo y recibir pagos; formular y absolver
posiciones; otorgar y recibir finiquitos;
celebrar transacciones y compromisos de
arbitraje; reconocer firmas y documentos;
recusar con Magistrados, Jueces y demás
funcionarios judiciales, nombrar peritos.
Asimismo, les confiero poder amplio,
suficiente y cumplido, para que conjunta o
separadamente, nos representen ante el
Instituto Mexicano de la Propiedad
Industrial y/o el Instituto Nacional del
Derecho de Autor, y/o la Procuraduría
General de la República y/o El Tribunal
Federal de Justicia Fiscal y Administrativa
y/o
La
Secretaría
de
Agricultura,
Ganadería, y Desarrollo Rural y/o Registro
Nacional de Variedades Vegetales y
cualesquiera
otras
autoridades
administrativas, judiciales o de cualquier
naturaleza, dentro de la República
Mexicana, incluyendo facultades para las
solicitudes de registro de cualquier
derecho de propiedad intelectual, así
como solicitudes para la protección del
derecho de obtentores de variedades
vegetales, para realizar cualquier trámite
encaminado a obtener dichos registros,

either judicially or extrajudicially; to
initiate, pursue o desist from any
proceeding or legal action, including
“amparo” proceedings, cancellation and
extinction proceedings; to answer the
suits filed against the PRINCIPAL; to draft,
present and ratify denouncements,
accusations and criminal complaints and
to grant pardons; to assist the Attorney
General; to draft and answer written
interrogatories; to file objections; to make
and receive payments; to prepare and
answer
depositions
and/or
interrogatories; to grant and receive
releases; to execute settlements and
arbitration agreement; to acknowledge
signatures and documents; to challenge
magistrates, judges and all other judicial
officers, to designate experts.
Furthermore, I hereby grant them a broad
and sufficient power of attorney, so that
they may, jointly or separately, represent
us before the Mexican Institute of
Industrial Property and/or the Mexican
Institute of Author´s Rights and/or the
Office of the Mexican Attorney General
and/or the Ministry of Agriculture,
Livestock and Rural Development and/or
The National Registrar of Plant Varieties
any other administrative, judicial or any
other kind of authorities within the
Mexican
Republic,
including
the
authorization to file any application

obtener la inscripción de cesionarios o
causahabientes de dichos derechos;
solicitar examenes de fondo de solicitudes
de patente o derechos similares; solicitar y
obtener cancelaciones voluntarias; solicitar
declaraciones administrativas de nulidad;
cancelación, de extinción, de caducidad,
de invasión o infracción de derechos, de
falsificación, imitación,
competencia
desleal, delitos o similares de dichos
derechos ante la autoridad administrativa
o judicial competente; para promover
juicio de amparo actuando como quejosa
o tercero prejudicado y desistirse del
mismo; y en general, para hacer cuantos
trámites o gestiones sean necesarios ante
cualesquiera
de
las
autoridades
administrativas o judiciales de la República
Mexicana, para la protección, de nuestros
derechos industriales, intelectuales y sobre
variedades vegetales, pudiendo usar este
poder cuantas veces y para cuantos casos
sean necesarios, así como para sustituir
total y parcialmente este poder, y ratificar
cualquier getsión ya realizada por otros
representantes.
Ratifico desde ahora y tendremos por firme
y valedero cuanto hagan ustedes en los
negocios

the renewal of any registration; to present
proof of use or similar documentation for

purpose

maintaining

aforementioned rights in force; to apply
for and obtain the recordal of
authorizaed users, or licencees of any of
the aforesaid rights; to apply for and
obtain the recordal of assignees or
holders of such rights or their successors;
request novelty examinations of patent
applications or any other similar right; to
apply
for
and
obtain
voluntary
cancellations; to seek administrative
declarations of nullity, cancellation,
extinction,
lapsing,
invasion
or
infringement of rights, counterfeiting,
imitation, unfair competition criminal,
offenses in connection with said or similar
rights
before
the
competent
administrative or judicial authority; ti
initiate amparo proceedings either as
complainant or as an affected third party
and desist from the same; and in general
to carry out any step or procedure which
may
be
necessary
before
any
administrative or judicial authority in the
Mexican Republic, to duly protect or
