1.- El presente documento de protocolo regional está elaborado según lo establecido en el
Reglamento de Ceremonial Público y Protocolo del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores de Chile, y
sus respectivas modificaciones, la última de ellas del 18 de noviembre del año 2009.
2.- Si bien, los consejeros regionales hoy son autoridades electas y no designadas, el Ministerio de
Relaciones Exteriores no ha modificado el Reglamento para reorganizar su precedencia dentro del
protocolo. Sugerimos que, mientras no se establezca formalmente una opción distinta, se ubique al
Presidente del Consejo Regional después de los gobernadores provinciales y antes de los alcaldes.
Respecto a los otros miembros del Consejo Regional, mantenerlos en la precedencia determinada en
el presente documento hasta que una modificación formal del protocolo indique su nueva
precedencia.
3.- En esta versión del Protocolo Regional, se corrige la ubicación del Rector de la UTA y del Tesorero
Regional, posicionándolos en la precedencia correcta.
