STUDENT/TEACHER/PARENT COMPACT 2016-2017

As a school that receives Title I funds, we enter into an agreement with our students, parents, and teachers. Please
carefully read the following and discuss this agreement with your child. Please sign and have your child sign at the
appropriate place and return to your child’s teacher. Thank you for your cooperation and support of our school
program. Please sign and return to your child’s teacher!
PARENT/GUARDIAN AGREEMENT:
I want my child to achieve. Therefore, I will encourage him/her by doing the following:
● See that my child is punctual and attends school regularly.
● Support the school in maintaining proper discipline.
● Establish a time for homework each night and review my child’s homework.
● Provide a quiet well-lighted place for study.
● Encourage my child’s efforts and be available for questions.
● Read with my child and let my child see me read.
Parent Signature:
STUDENT AGREEMENT
It is important that I work to the best of my ability. Therefore, I will do the following:
● Attend school regularly.
● Come to school each day with pens, pencils, paper and other necessary tools for learning.
● Complete and turn in all assignments.
● Observe regular study hours.
● Conform to rules of student conduct.
● Read each evening.
Student Signature:
TEACHER AGREEMENT
It is important that students achieve. Therefore, I will do the following:
● Provide homework assignments for students.
● Provide necessary assistance to parents so that they can help with the assignments.
● Encourage students and parents by providing information about student progress.
● Use special activities in the classroom to make learning enjoyable.
● Provide a safe and meaningful learning environment for each of my students.
Teacher Signature:
PRINCIPAL AGREEMENT
I support this form of parent/student/teacher involvement. I will do the following:
● Provide an environment that allows for positive communication between the teacher, parent and student.
● Expect all staff to provide supervision and instruction that supports student learning.

ACUERDO DEL PADRE O’ GUARDIAN:
Quiero que mi niño (a) tenga éxito. Por lo tanto, voy a ayudarlo(a) hacienda lo siguiente:
• Asegurarme de que mi hijo(a) asista a clases diariamente.
• Ofrecer mi apoyo para mantener el orden y disciplina de la escuela.
• Establecer tiempo para completar y repasar tarea.
• Proveer un lugar callado y bien iluminado para estudiar.
• Darle ánimo a mi niño (a) y estar dispuesto para contestar preguntas.
• Informarme de lo que mi niño (a) aprende.
• Leer con mi niño (a) y estar seguro que el/ella me vea leyendo.

ACUERDO DEL ALUMNO
Es importante que trabaje al nivel de mis habilidades. Por lo tanto, luchare para hacer lo siguiente:
• Asistir clases regularmente.
• Venir a la escuela todos los días con mis plumas, lápices, papel y otros útiles y materiales necesarios para
aprender.
• Completar y devolver mi tarea.
• Estudiar regularmente durante las horas de estudiar que mis padres han establecido.
• Portarme de acuerdo con las reglas de comportamiento.
• Leer cada noche.

ACUERDO DEL MAESTRO
Es importante que los niños tengan éxito. Por lo tanto, luchare para hacer lo siguiente:
• Proveer a los alumnos tarea.
• Ofrecer asistencia apropiada a los padres para que puedan ayudar con la tarea.
• Mantener a los alumnos y padres informados sobre el progreso del alumno.
• Usar actividades especiales en el salón para hacer el aprendizaje mas agradable.

ACUERDO DEL DIRECTOR
Luchare para apoyar este expediente de participación parental por medio e lo siguiente:
• Establecer un ambiente de comunicación positive entre los maestros, padres y alumnos.
• Animarles a los maestros que provean regularmente tarea que refuerza la instrucción del salón.
