Working reagent Dissolve the contents of a vial in deionized water so as to obtain 1 litre of solution. Réactif de travail Dissoudre le contenu de chaque fiole dans de l’eau déionisée en quantité suffisante pour obtenir 1 litre de solution. Conservación y estabilidad El producto en polvo, mantenido a temperatura ambiente (15º-25 ºC), es estable hasta la fecha de caducidad indicada en la etiqueta. Storage and stability The powder, when stored at room temperature (between 15º-25 ºC), will remain stable until the expiration date stated on the label. Conservation et stabilité Conservé à température ambiante (15 à 25 ºC), le produit en poudre est stable jusqu’à la date de péremption indiquée sur l’étiquette. El reactivo de trabajo, se deberá mantener en refrigerador a 2º-8ºC. Almacenado en estas condiciones es estable hasta 2 meses. NO CONTAMINAR. The working reagent solution should be kept in the refrigerator at 2º-8ºC. Stored in these conditions, will remain stable for 2 months. AVOID CONTAMINATION. Conserver le réactif de travail au réfrigérateur entre 2 et 8 ºC. Dans ces conditions, il est stable pendant 2 mois. NE PAS CONTAMINER. Si la disolución muestra turbidez o crecimiento bacteriano debe desecharse. Should the solution be turbid or show signs of bacterial contamination, it must be rejected immediately. Rejeter la solution si elle devient trouble ou si elle présente une croissance bactérienne. Usos A pH ligeramente alcalino (7,2), la fluorescencia de las globulinas marcadas con isotiocianato de fluoresceína es máxima. QCA-PBS (pH 7,2) se emplea en las reacciones de inmunofluorescencia para diluir los sueros y lavar las preparaciones. También como disolución de lavado en aquellas coloraciones histológicas o citológicas cuyas técnicas requieran un pH de 7,2. Uses At a slightly alkaline pH (7.2), the fluorescence of the globulins labelled with fluorescein-isothiocyanate is at a maximum. QCA-PBS (pH 7.2) is used in immunofluorescence techniques to dilute sera and rinse the smears. It is also used, in those cytological or histological stainings procedures where a pH 7.2 medium is required for rinsing purposes. Usages À un pH légèrement alcalin (7,2), la fluorescence des globulines marquées à l’isothiocyanate de fluorescéine est maximale. Le produit QCA-PBS (pH 7,2) est utilisé lors des réactions d’immunofluorescence pour diluer les sérums et laver les préparations.
