CURRICULUM VITAE. December 2006
Sílvia Morgades Gil is at the present time visitor lecturer of the Department of
Law (“Area” of Public International Law and International Relations), UNIVERSITAT

BA in Law, Universitat de Barcelona (1990). Postdegree studies: Certificat
d'Etudes européennes. Option: Sciences juridiques, Institut des Hautes Etudes
européennes. Université Robert Schuman (1991); MA in European Studies and PhD
Courses in Law, Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (1996-1997); Diplôme
d'Université de Droit des Réfugiés, Etrangers et Apatrides, Université de Montpellier I
(1998).
She participates as a member in the Grup de Recerca en Dret Internacional Públic
i Relacions Internacionals (Research Group in Public International Law and
International Relations) recognized as Consolidated Research Group by the Agència de
Gestió d’Ajuts Universitaris i de Recerca de la Generalitat de Catalunya (Resolution of
2005, 18 October). She is member of the Spanish Association of Professors of
International Law and International Relations from 1991. Recently she has participated
in the research project BJU2003-08790 La creación de un orden público internacional y
europeo de los derechos fundamentales a través de la acción judicial [The creation of
an international and European public order of the fundamental rights through the
judicial action] financed by the Spanish Ministry of Science and Technology (duration:
2-12-2003/1.12.2006).
