OBJETIVO GENERAL DE LA ASIGNATURA O MÓDULO
Develop the ability to take creative and sustainable decisions within the theories and styles of leadership, conflict
management and negotiation power based on the key elements and personality traits of the leader in the personal
and business activities, but identifying the differences between the roles of a manager and a leader, recognizing
and explaining the features of traditional leadership styles and new approaches.
